A retired dentist blessed us with funds to build our own dental clinic. We had a team of dentists (Smile for Everyone) come to check and repair our children’s teeth.
In 2025, we are expecting a volunteer dentist from Thailand to visit us once a month to check our children’s teeth and our staff’ as well. We are truly blessed.
Agape Home has provided care for hundreds of children in Northern Thailand, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our nannies.
To support our staff and continue offering high-quality care, we aim to raise funds to increase the starting salaries for our nannies beginning in 2025.
This increase will help us hire skilled, long-term caretakers, provide financial relief for staff facing rising living costs, and ensure we can expand our team to care for more children. Raising the salaries will also show our appreciation for the hard work our nannies do every day.
We were already able to raise the salaries of 11 Nannie through sponsorships. We still need to raise the salaries of 10 Nannies. We are
seeking sponsors to commit to $60 USD per month to help cover this salary increase.
During February to April, Northern Thailand suffers severe air pollution from crop burning, forest fires, and urban activities in Southern Thailand and nearby countries, which releases thick smoke into the air.
Prolonged exposure to such high pollution increases the risk of respiratory issues, heart problems, and other serious health concerns.
That’s why, in 2025, volunteers serving at agape launched a project to provide air purifiers for Agape Home. These purifiers can remove 99.97% of harmful particles, including PM2.5, smoke, and odors, ensuring a safer environment for everyone here.
Funds were raised to purchase 4 air purifiers. Together with the 2 existing ones, Agape now has a total of 6 air purifiers covering 3 bedrooms for babies and toddlers.
